DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items are shipped via Royal Mail 48h Tracked, this service states 2-3 working days for delivery. All items are sent with a fixed delivery cost of £4.80

BUILD A BOX ORDERS

Orders are taken all week from Monday to Sunday, for delivery the following week.

We ship items via Royal Mail 48h Tracked, we post our boxes out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

OTHER ORDERS

We dispatch orders as soon as we can and are usually delivered within 2-3 working days of order. We are unable to deliver on a specific day. 

Our mail boxes are slightly too big to fit through standard letter boxes and so our orders do require someone to be in to receive for the delivery when it arrives. 

Please include a phone number for the recipient or yourself to receive delivery updates.

Please take an extra moment to make sure the delivery address is correct. Once our items have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
